US President-elect Donald Trump has blasted China at a 'thank you' rally in Iowa - promising to make them "play by the rules" in future.
Before introducing his new ambassador to China, Iowa Governor Terry Branstad, Mr Trump accused Beijing of stealing intellectual property and unfairly taxing American companies.
