Russia, Turkey agree on Syria peace talks as Aleppo evacuation continues

Russia's Vladimir Putin said he and his Turkish counterpart President Tayyip Erdogan agreed to hold peace talks on Syria. Russia will seek talks on a nationwide ceasefire in the war-torn country. The proposal came after rebels started leaving Aleppo under a withdrawal deal brokered by Russia and Turkey earlier this week. Daria Bondarchuk reports from Moscow.
