As Russia bid farewell to the slain Ambassador to Turkey killed on Monday, President Vladimir Putin claimed Russia is "stronger than any potential aggressor". Following the attack on its diplomat the Kremlin pledged to step fight against terror and ordered to create new sophisticated weapons to deter possible threats.
