Reports banks shifting operations from London to Paris

It's understood that a number of major British banks are in talks with French officials about shifting certain operations from London to Paris...

It's reported Benoit de Juvigny, the head of France's financial regulator, has said "large international banks" have undertaken the due diligence required to set up a subsidiary in the French capital.
