OSCAR SIGNS FOR SHANGHAI

EPL club Chelsea have agreed terms with Shanghai SIPG for Brazilian midfielder Oscar's transfer to the Chinese Super League side.

It will be one of the most expensive fees ever paid for a player when he moves in the January transfer window.
