Mexico fireworks blast investigated

Investigators are trying to determine what lead to an explosion at a
fireworks markets in Mexico that killed at least 31 people.

Another 70 were injured in the blast at the popular market on the
outskirts of Mexico City.

Mexican-Americans in New York City have expressed shock at the news,
including Alfred Moran.
