U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry has slammed what he called the "inexcusable attacks" on Aleppo's civilians- accusing Syria's Assad regime of a cynical campaign of terrorism.
John Kerry called on Russia and the Syrian government to change strategy urgently.
John Kerry's statement comes as hundreds of people were evacuated from a rebel-held area of Aleppo, and as Syrian President Bashar al-Assad claimed victory over the besieged city.
