German intelligence agency sees rise in Russian ‘disinformation’ campaigns

Germany's domestic intelligence chief said there's been a dramatic increase in propoganda campaigns and cyberattacks in recent months.

That has stoked fears that Russian forces could be trying to influence next year's federal elections.
