Bolivian aviation official accuses bosses of cover-up

A Bolivian aviation official is accusing the country's Civil Aviation Authority of trying to cover-up the truth behind the crash of a LaMia plane that killed 71 people.

Celia Castedo says, before the flight took off, she warned that it did not have enought fuel to reach its final destination in Colombia, but was ignored.
