Antonio Guterres sworn in as UN secretary-general

The new United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has been
sworn into office at a special plenary meeting of the General
Assembly. The Assembly elected him by acclamation to succeed outgoing
UN chief Ban Ki-Moon.
