4 babies born with Zika in New York City, Health Department announces

INTRO:

New York City health officials have reported that there have been 5
babies born with Zika-related symptoms in the city since July.

In all, nearly one thousand New Yorkers have tested positive for the
disease, with all cases associated with travel.
