UK gov has "No Brexit plan" claims leaked memo

It's claimed a leaked memo suggests the British government has no overall plan for leaving the EU and warns 30-thousand extra civil servants will be needed to carry out Brexit related projects...

The note - which was obtained by the Times newspaper - reportedly says there is no "common strategy" on Brexit due to "devisions within the cabinet"...
