Suspected New York Bomber Given Federal Indictment

INTRO:

A man suspected of planting explosive devices in downtown New York in
September has been indicted by a federal court.

Ahmad Khan Rahimi is accused of detonating a bomb in a Chelsea
neighborhood, injuring 30 people.
