Sottish government legal challenge over Article 50 vote

The Scottish government is to intervene in the legal challenge surrounding the UK government's plan to start the Brexit process...

First Minister Nicola Sturgeon believes Scotland should also get a vote on whether the UK government should implement Article 50 - after the High Court ruled last week that MPs will get a say.
