Russia's
Federal Security Service said it arrested 10 ISIS-linked suspects that were plotting terrorists attacks in Moscow and Saint Petersburg. Moscow's involvement in Syria has provoked strong criticism in the West and strong resentment of the Syrian opposition blaming it for supporting Bashar-al-Assad's regime accused of numerous war crimes committed during the five-and-a-half year long civil war.
