Oil prices have pulled back on Wednesday as doubts continue to
surround a plan to curb production by the world's major oil suppliers.
Amid a global supply glut, Algeria put forward the proposal to The
Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries, but the full agreement
of key member states remains uncertain.
