North Korean Paper Issues Message to President-Elect Trump

A newspaper in North Korea has published an editorial with a message for the new Trump administration when it takes office in the US.

The Pyongyang Workers' Party paper, Rodong Sinmun, said Washington will have to deal with North Korea as a nuclear weapons state.
