Mexicans warned against US "abuse and fraud"

Mexico has published a list of guidelines for Mexicans living in the
USA - aimed at helping them avoid being victims of abuse and fraud.

It includes advice about avoiding "conflict situations."

It comes just a week after Donald Trump won the presidential election
in the US. Frances Read reports.
