Kremlin admits relations with US have “hit bottom”, ready to improve ties

The Kremlin admitted that its relations with the White House have hit the bottom, and does not expect their quick improvement. However Moscow's indicated it's ready to restore a consrtuctive dialogue with the U.S. President-elect Donald Trump who seems willing to mend ties with he Kremlin.
