Chelsea Manning Asks President Obama to Commute Her Sentence

The transgender soldier convicted in 2013 of taking troves of secret diplomatic and military documents and disclosing them to WikiLeaks has asked President Obama to commute her prison sentence. 

Chelsea Manning is serving a 35 year sentence.

As US Correspondent  Rachel Silverman reports, this is Manning's second request for clemency.
