Kerry calls for Syria no-fly zone, accuses Russians of living in "parallel universe"

US Secretary of State John Kerry is calling for the immediate creation of a no-fly zone in Syria, after Monday's deadly attack on a UN humanitarian aid convoy.

He's clashed with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov at the United Nations, after the US accused Moscow of deliberately undermining a ceasefire agreement.

From the US, Simon Marks reports.
