UN pushes for ceasefire in Syria to allow humanitarian access in Aleppo

INTRO:
The United Nations has said that no deliveries of life-saving aid
could be made in Syria's besieged town in the past month.

275,000 people in the city of Aleppo have been without food or health
supplies, as convoys have been awaiting a break in the violence to
move forward.
