Mylan Drug Company to Release Generic Brand of EpiPen After Public Protest

INTRO:
The drug company Mylan NV has announced it will issue a generic form
of the anti-allergy injectable, EpiPen, after a price spike to $600
caused a public outrage in the US.

EpiPen is a patented method of adrenaline administered during
anaphylactic shock that can be life-saving during an acute allergic
reaction.
