Judge Knocks Down Proposed Settlement Between Uber and Drivers

A California judge has knocked down a proposed 100 million dollar settlement in a class action lawsuit brought against Uber by Uber drivers. 

The judge said the proposed settlement was not fair, adequate and reasonable.
