Curfew imposed in Baton Rouge after reports of looting

Officials in the flooded US city of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, have established a curfew amid reports of looting.

At least eleven people have died and thousands of homes evacuated after days of heavy rain in the state of Louisiana.
