AL-SHABAAB 'NOW A REGIONAL THREAT'

The terrorist organisation Al-Shabaab is spreading its wings across eastern Africa, according to a new report. The Intergovernmental Authority on Development says that Tanzania is now the second largest contributor of foreign fighters to Al-Shabaab's networks, and the country has a number of 'extremist hotspots'.
