The UN's top human rights official has expressed what he called 'serious alarm' at the mass suspensions of judges and prosecutors in Turkey following the failed military coup attempt last week.
The High Commissioner for Human Rights has urged Turkey to uphold the rule of law, and allow independent observers to visit detention facilities.
