Top Obama adviser to discuss tensions with China

The White House has announced plans to send Barack Obama's National Security Adviser to China for talks.

Among the topics expected to be on the agenda; the highly contentious dispute over the South China Sea.

The trip comes on the heels of an international court's decision, which went against Chinese maritime and territorial claims.
