Three U.S. States Plan Volkswagen Lawsuit

Three U.S. states will unveil new lawsuits against the automaker
Volkswagen or VW, tied to the company's sale of diesel vehicles with
emissions-cheating software. New York, Maryland and Massachusetts are
seeking penalties even after announcing settlements with the German
automaker in June.
