Questions swirl about whether Russia was behind Democrats' email hack

Hillary Clinton's campaign manager has accused the Russians of deliberately hacking and posting thousands of Democratic Party emails.

The content of those emails, posted on Wikileaks, has caused political problems just as the party convention kicks off in Philadelphia.
