President Obama has condemned the attack in Nice as "horrific" and says he's offering the French government whatever assistance they need bringing those responsible to justice.
In other reaction, Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump is postponing the unveiling of his running mate which was due to take place on Friday morning in New York.
Mr. Trump told America's Fox News the attacks only underscored the fact that he's been right to call for tougher against to protect America and western society.

Meanwhile, the Democrats' Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton said the attack in Nice underscored the need for an "intelligence surge" in a bid to overcome the threat posed by terrorists.
