LABOUR LEADERSHIP: Smith says he "will save" party

The former Labour cabinet member Owen Smith has said he is the candidate to save the UK Labour party.

Following the withdrawal of Angela Eagle from the leadership race, Smith is now the only candidate left to challenge the current leader Jeremy Corbyn for the top job.
