New UK foreign minister Boris Johnson is a liar with his back against the wall according to his French counterpart Jean-Marc Ayrault (Aay-Rouw).
Speaking to French radio station Europe Une, France's foreign minister said his country wanted a credible and reliable partner while Britain negotiates its exit for the European Union.
