FRENCH DELAYS CONTINUE AT DOVER

British holidaymakers and businesses have been warned to expect disruption for days after massive queues built up of people trying to get to France.

Some motorists were stuck in 14 hour traffic jams heading to the port of Dover, as extra security checks were put in place.

Holiday and business travelers have been urged to find alternative routes where possible.

Queues have eased since the worst delays on Friday and Saturday but serious disruption continues.
