Erdogan Declares State of Emergency

Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has declared a three month long state of emergency in the wake of last week's failed coup.

While the president promises he'll maintain democracy—fears are mounting he'll use the state of emergency to tighten his grip on power.
