The worlds biggest brewer, Ab InBev has upped its offer for the worlds second largest brewer, SABMiller in what the former says is its final offer for the company.
The proposed takeover, which could be the world's third largest corporate takeover in history, has been hampered by currency falls post-Brexit. From London Catherine Drew reports
