Barack Obama has endorsed the presumed Democratic party nominee Hillary Clinton in her bid to win the presidency.
It came on the same day that the U.S. President met with Clinton's rival Senator Bernie Sanders at the White House.
Sanders is coming under pressure to stand down after it became clear that Clinton has secured the nomination.
