US Treasury Secretary warns: severe implications for China's steel overcapacity

China's excess steel is throwing off the equilibrium of global
markets, US Treasury Secretary Jack Lew said in Beijing. Lew's remarks
come ahead of this year's China Strategic and Economic Dialogue. an
annual trade and security meeting held between the US and China
