UN chief, Saudi Arabia clash over blacklist

The United Nations Secretary General has issued a rebuke against Saudi Arabia and its allies for exerting undue pressure on the UN to remove the country from a list of nations that kill children in conflict. 

Ban Ki-moon said the Saudi-led coalition in Yemen had threatened to cut off funding to UN humanitarian operations.

Saudi Arabia denies the accusation. Our UN Correspondent Liling Tan reports.
