Russia Builds New Ukraine Border Base As NATO Standoff Deepens

Russia is building a new army base near its border with Ukraine - that's according to the Reuters news agency.

It says a makeshift army camp, along with servicemen and vehicles, is being set up about 50 kilometres (30 miles) from the frontier.
