Russian Sports Minister implicated in new doping documentary

German broadcaster ARD aired its fourth documentary about Russian doping. It alleges that Russian Sports Minister Vitaly Mutko was directly involved in a doping cover-up scheme. The Russian official has consistently denied allegations of a state-sponsored doping program and the Kremlin dismissed the allegations as "absolute slander."
