Russian Sports Ministry said in a statement it's 'extremely disappointed' about the International Association of Athletics Federations' decision to ban Russian track and field athletes from Rio Olympics.
The Association, however seems to have left what Rune Andersen, it's Russia task force head called a "very tiny crack in the door":
