North Korea Won't Discuss U.S. Prisoners Held Until Former Detainee Silent

The North Korean government said it will not negotiate with the U.S.
on the matter of releasing two American prisoners until former
detainee Kenneth Bae stops publicly speaking out about about his time
spent in the country's prisons. Pyongyang is now holding two American
citizens, both of whom it has tried and sentenced to hard labor.
