A man thought to be one of the most prominent people smugglers for migrants leaving Africa heading to Europe has been extradited from Sudan to Italy.
He's known as "the General" and is linked to the deaths of hundreds of people who have drowned boarding unseaworthy boats in the mediterranean sea over the past 3 years.
