EU Council president says UK renegotiations could take 7 years if the British vote to leave

It could take up to 7 years for the UK to renegotiate its relationship with the European Union if it leaves the bloc, according to one the most senior figures in Brussels.

European Council president Donald Tusk says there would also be no guarantee of success that agreements could be made.
