WH: US remains commited to Iraq govt following deadly ISIS bomb attacks

The United States remains committed to Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi as violence continues in Ira - the message from the Obama administration Wednesday.  

This comes after the so-called Islamic State claimed responsibility for a series of car bombs that killed over sixty people across Baghdad.

White House spokesman Josh Earnest told a briefing that political stability is important as Iraq continues battling ISIS.
