US Navy Demotes Commander Whose Sailors Entered Iranian Territorial Waters

The US Navy has demoted the commander of 10 sailors who entered Iranian territorial waters and were briefly detained in January. 

The Navy says it has lost confidence in Commander Eric Rasch.
