US finds first case of antibiotic resistant bacteria

US health officials have reported that they've found the first
American case of an infection entirely resistant to antibiotics.

There's concern the bacterial strain involved - found in a 48 year
old woman - could lead to more cases of antibiotic resistant illness,
a potential public health emergency.
