UN: World Health Organization warns of increasing risk of Zika after failed policies

INTRO:
The United Nations health agency has said the Zika outbreak is linked
to decades of failed health planning - to control mosquito populations
and the diseases they carry.

With over 60 countries now affected by the virus and no vaccine in
sight, the World Health Organization is warning women to protect
themselves from bites.
