State Department Inspector General slams Hillary Clinton over e-mail use

A review of Hillary Clinton's use of private e-mail accounts during her time as Secretary of State has concluded that she failed to observe State Department policies on record-keeping.


The Department's Inspector General says she also refused to co-operate with an official review into her conduct.
